Shipping and delivery policy
Delivery time & shipping costs
After placing your order, we will start working for you immediately. Orders for standard camera poles are shipped within 3 business days. Custom made products, such as camera poles in a specific RAL color (powder coating), have a delivery time of 10 working days. Although we do our utmost to meet these delivery times, in exceptional cases it may happen that a product is not in stock. In that case, delivery may take a little longer.
The prices listed on the website do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you add your products.
Delivery is made via our own transport due to the special dimensions of our products. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping receipt from us. In most cases, delivery will take place the next working day between 09:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Incorrect delivery address provided?
Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@cbmmontfoort.nl. We will still try to correct the order for you.
Reflection period & return policy
Products ordered through our online store are often custom made to your specifications. Because of this, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This means that the sale is final after successful payment.

Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and make every effort to deliver them to you in perfect condition. However, should something go wrong during transport or if there appears to be another problem, you can make a warranty claim. By law, you are required to report the defect within two months of its discovery. If the problem falls within the warranty conditions, we will provide repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend making any complaints known to us first by sending an e-mail to info@cbmmontfoort.nl. Together we will look for an appropriate solution.
